KBE Elektrotechnik GmbH is celebrating its 45th anniversary – a significant milestone that we mark with pride and deep gratitude.

Founded in 1980 in Berlin, our company has grown from a manufacturer of PVC window profiles and electrical wires into a globally recognized provider of high-quality cable solutions. Today, we are among the leading manufacturers in the fields of photovoltaics, automotive, industrial applications, and eMobility, with products used and valued around the world.

Our journey has been shaped by innovation, quality, and strong partnerships. As part of a medium-sized, independent corporate group with over 500 employees and an annual production capacity of approximately 2 million kilometers of cable and 45,000 tons of processed copper, we set benchmarks in cable manufacturing.

We are especially proud of our role as a leading manufacturer of DC solar cables – a meaningful contribution to the energy transition that is close to our hearts. In the field of eMobility, our innovative charging cables are helping to shape the future of transportation.

Whether in control cabinet construction, household appliances, or connected vehicles: our cables stand for reliability, durability, and top-tier quality – certified to international standards such as IATF 16949:2016 and tested by renowned institutes like VDE and TÜV Rheinland.
